Help me get away from myself

My email has been down for several days, Lycos keeps extending the time they're going to be working on it, and it's pissing me off. I've left the house twice in the past four days. I rule hard. I need to learn how to sleep. I could pass away some of my unused time in dreamland. Right let the hate flow, bye.
